1. How much does your service cost?
We offer a wide range of services. Our computer repair rates are $80/ hour in shop $95/ hour Onsite. Our Data Recovery rates and security camera installation rates differ from that which is listed above please call for pricing. We will beat any legitimate companies written rates by 5% when directly compared. You will not get a better deal anywhere else!
2. What areas do you service?

3. Do I need to bring my computer to you?
Not necessarily. We will come to your home or business to repair your computer. There are occasions when it is not feasible to repair your computer on site or not possible. If that happens we will take it back to the office and repair it there, then return it to you or you can come pick it up. It is always Nice to have you Stop by! Its great you can see our store!
4. Do you offer web site design?
Yes. We offer website design and hosting. Please call us for a custom quote at (905) 892 4555.
5. What should I do before the technician arrives?
Make sure you have all of your Operating System disks, driver disks and any additional software available as the technician may need access to them. Also, it is good practice to perform regular file backups of your important data. This may save the technician time and you money. If you have difficulty a skilled technician will help you. If you don’t have the disks NO worries.. We will sort it out for you. Your system must have a license key on it saying what version of windows you have.
6. Do you offer home/business computer repair services?
Yes. JTG Systems provides onsite residential and commercial business computer services of all types from basic computer repair to full home automation and security camera installation.
7. Where are you located?
JTG Systems is located in Fonthill / Thorold Ontario on HWY 20 and Merrittville hwy.
Our address is 1809 Merrittville Hwy. This is our office location.
8. Can I drop off my PC or laptop?
Yes you can. The office is open from 8am to 8pm, Monday-Friday. Saturday from 10:00 till 5:00, Sunday closed until store launch.
9. What if I have a business but can’t afford a computer?
If you have good credit and have been in business for more than 2 Years, you will be able to lease computer equipment from us. Only paying a small amount each month. Almost all of our equipment can be leased not just computer systems. Saving you valuable money!
10. How do I know your company is reputable?
We are past members of the St.Catharines and Thorold Chamber of Commerce in 2006 / 2007. We were members of BNI, Know It All Niagara, Barter Group Inc., Fran Tarkington breakfast group. We are authorized Acer and Dell dealers – although we provide all makes and models of products.
Our largest clients we cannot list on the site. Some current clients are Telus in Fonthill, Jumbo Video In Fonthill, Smart shopper magazine, Salvation army, Rockway glen golf course, Lochness links golf course and many other well known companies.
